TOP 5 NUDE LIPSTICKS

Hello all,

So as christmas is coming up, and by now I'm sure everyone is super duper excited (I know I am) and this post isn't really christmassy but I figured if you're a lipstick enthusiast like myself, then you're probably planning on spending any christmas money or vouchers on makeup, so this post is all about my top 5 NUDE lipsticks (because who doesn't love a good cheeky nude)

Some of these colours are very similar but they're very different at the same time (because no two lipsticks are the same) and they range from drugstore to high end so i hope you enjoy!

KIKO smart lipstick - 901
The first one is this typical nude from KIKO. I don't really know how to describe this colour because it's so nude. It looks light, but on me it's kinda dark but on someone with a more tanned skin tone it would look very natural.
The consistency is so smooth and the colour is so pigmented! One swipe and you're sorted! It also lasts so long to say it's not matte and they have a really wide range of colours as well AND it's only £3.90 so i need to get my hands on some more of these!

MAC Angel
I have to say I think angel is my favourite nude lipstick ever. ( as you can see I'm at the bottom of mine) For me it's perfect 'your-lips-but-better' colour. It's a really natural pink colour and honestly looks so good on everyone! You could also make it bolder by using a lipliner. I also love paring this with a lipgloss like the NYX butter creams (creme brûlée)
These MAC lipsticks are a bit more pricey at £15.50 a piece but they're some of the best lipsticks you can get as they're so pigmented and they last such a long time as well as the bullet is a decent size!

MAC Plum Dandy
I looooove this lipstick so much! It's very different from the others because it's a darker nude. I feel like this colour isn't really known by a lot of people but it needs to be appreciated!
It's the most gorgeous pinky-purple with gold undertones which makes it look different depending on the angle and the lighting you're in. It is quite dark on me but it goes with every eye look and also is really nice if you just want that extra special something to complete a look!
Again it's £15.50 and is soooo pigemented!
I literally cannot get over how gorgeous this colour is everyone needs a lippy like this in their collection!

Rimmel Kate Moss - 901
This colour is very similar to MAC angel, however it's a bit brighter and more pink, if that makes sense...
The colour is so pigmented and has a matte finish, also it fits perfectly with the rimmel lipliner 'east-end snob'  so if you're looking for a really affordable matte lipstick that will last all day this is the one for you! I think it's around £4 but you can get them for cheaper, like £2.50 from outlet stores!

Sephora Lip last - 01 'Oh my beige!'
I bought this lipstick from Sephora when on holiday and I'm literally obsessed. If i could use one lipstick for the rest of my life it would be this colour! It's the most perfect nude and looks good on everyone, even vampires like myself.
I especially love the formula of this lipstick because they're sooo matte! And they're made to be water proof, super pigmented with high coverage and also have vitamin B in so your lips don't get dry and can be worn for over 10 hours without coming off! (and believe me it's has the staying power of cement it's amazing!
Also the bullet is a really good shape as it's small so you never put too much on or go outside your lips by accident!
These lipsticks cost $14 (around £10 ish) and are amazing! 100% worth buying!

Finally, here are some swatches of the 5 lipsticks. As you can see they are kinda similar (oooooops sorry not sorry) These were all from ONE SWIPE! JUST ONE! ahhh look how pigmented and amazing they are!

Thankyou so much for reading I hope you enjoyed! let me know what your favourite nude lipstick and what's on your christmas wish list!

Thanks again!

BATTLE OF THE BRANDS : CONTOUR KITS

Hello all,

So recently (in the summer) I purchased the highly recommended Anastasia Beverly Hills contour kit in the shade light to medium then last month or so i bought the Make up revolution ultra contour kit to see if it was as good as the ABH one! (because the ABH is so expensive and hard to get in this country I wanted another incase it ran out oops) SO I thought it would be fun to make a new lil segment where i compare high end and drugstore products to see which is best!

From the picture you can see the packaging for both of the two pallets. I love how simple both of them are and how you can clearly see the name, brand and shade of both the pallets. The ABH (Anastasia Beverly hills lol I'm just lazy) is in a matte black case which has all the shade names on the side and the Makeup revolution is also in a matte black case but it's gotten very dirty! (bc i use it so often oooops)

now you're probably wondering the price difference between the two products and it's quite a lot! The ABH kit costs $45 (idk how much in pounds sorry) and the MakeUp revolution kit costa £6!!!!! So it's deffo worth trying it out!
The picture above shows the packaging when the cases are off. Again the ABH is matte black and the Makeup Revolution one is shiny and both are dirty with fingerprints this time! No favouritism here!

So when you open up the pallets this is what you see. The MUR one has 8 colours (5 matte and 3 highlighters)  whereas the ABH pallet only has 6. (5 matte and 1 highlight) so the MUR is deffo worth the money because you get more than the ABH.
The pan size for both is about the same and is around 7 or 8 cm, so an average size, (3.0 grams)

The contour shades are virtually exactly the same. In both pallets there are 3 bronze/contour colours and two matte highlights, one yellow and one pink tone. In both there is also one pink subtle shimmer highlight and the MUR has another 2, one bronze gold and one very shimmery white/gold.

(I made this bigger so you can see clearer)
This is the Anastasia Beverly Hills pallet and you can see that the colours are very pigmented in the pan and also get a better look at them up close. (left to right, top to bottom: vanilla, banana, sand, java, fawn, havana)
I honestly love this pallet because the colours are so good for my skin tone (which is vampire.) and they are sooo crazy pigmented.
My favourite shades (very popular with most people) are Fawn  it's like the only contour shade thats not muddy and looks like natural cheek bones rather than bronzer because of its more grey and cool undertone, and Sand because it's very pretty and subtle and adds such a natural glow.
I'm not much of a under-eye highlight setting because I'm very pale anyway but i love vanilla because it does brighten my under-eyes just a little but banana is still too dark for me, and i have pink undertones so the banana looks very strange on me (because it's so pigmented which isn't a bad thing it's just all down to personal preference!)

This is the Makeup Revolution pallet. You can see the shades are literally exactly the same as the ABH pallet, which makes it an amazing dupe.
Again, the colours are all very pigmented but in this pallet i love the banana shade. It's not as pigmented as the ABH one which makes it better (weird i know) for my skin tone, as it's not as noticeable.
I also love the 3 highlight shades in this pallet because they're all different and quite pigmented. They aren't as pigmented as the ABH pallet, which is only expected in a drugstore pallet but omg they're still amazing. The pink shade is the same as Sand in the ABH, the golden bronze shade is quite similar to soft and gentle, just a little less glittery and more subtle and the white gold shade is really glittery and a bit more chunky, which is amazing for lasting all day and making you have a super strong highlight!

I swatched (very badly soz) the two most known shades in the ABH pallet (Fawn and banana) and compared them to the MUR, to show the difference in colour pay off.
As you can see the ABH is more pigmented and the contour colour is slightly more cool tone. However the pigmentation of the MUR is crazy to say it was only ONE SWIPE and it's a drug store product!

Finally, to complete this battle I shall announce the winner! (lol jokes)
Both of these pallets are amazing and if you're a make up fanatic like myself you should try them both out. However if you're looking for a dupe for the ABH contour kit I would deffo buy the Makeup revolution one because the ABH one is so expensive and you can get something very similar for more than a quarter of the price!
However the ABH does give a nicer finish and the colours are more pigmented, so I'll let you be the judge of which is better because for me they're both amazing for different reasons!

Thankyou for reading I hope you enjoyed this post, if you want more battle of the brands please let me know! What's your go to contour?

Thanks again!

BEST HIGHLIGHTERS FOR PALE SKIN

Hello all,

For todays post i wanted to talk about what is probably one of my favourite parts about make up, Highlighter! As if you're like me and aren't content with your face until you look like a disco ball you need to get your glow on!
Everyones gotta have that glow but for us pale skinned babes it can be hard to find one that isn't too light, or too dark, I always found it hard to find the perfect shade, so i decided to make this post to help some of y'all out! Also, these all look amazing on every skin tone, just the ones i have found work for my pale complexion!
Also, i was planning a november favourites but i didn't have much that varied from october, so instead i may do a christmas essentials or christmas prep!
I hope you enjoy!

the beauties
Elf  blush- gotta glow

This highlighter is AMAZING!
It's supposed to be a dupe for the NARS albatroz, but it's only around $3!
It is a golden yellow, which is sooooo pigmented it's crazy! On pale skin it shows up so clearly and isn't just glittery, its dewy and makes you look naturally highlighted. I love using this on my brow bone as well for this reason.
Also, if you love dewy skin, I think you could use this as a setting powder as it lasts all day! I jut love this sooooo much, and it's so cheap as well!

As you can see from the picture its crazy pigmented (thats just one swipe!) and the packaging has a little thin mirror in it! So you can see your cheekbones close up and brow bone as well! Deffo a need for my pale skin girls!

MAC - mineralised skin finish 'Soft and gentle'

This highlighter slays my whole existence, literally. If you wanna get that glow this will be your queen.
It adds such a stunning golden glow which stands out beautifully in the sun, or in the dark, literally you can see it everywhere! you only need one swipe of your brush to get a crazy pigmented and if you're like me and want to be seen from mars, this is the way to go!
I also love this because it doesn't look muddy or dark on us ghosts so its perfect to pack on, and it also looks stunning as an eyeshadow!

Milani belle eye shadow - Belle chiffon
I am v proud of this pic - look at that quality yaaaas
This beauty is actually an eyeshadow, because who doesn't love a multi-use product! (my purse deffo does)
This shade has a similar colour to the elf blush, however it's more golden white than yellow, meaning it's a bit more sheer but in the right light it's like BOOM!

In this pic you can see the shade a bit better, and how gorgeous it is! It's also a really good brow bone highlight!(well duh fern it's a eyeshadow)
In addition, its especially good for pale skin as it's a bit more cool tone than other eyeshadow highlights, which is what makes it perfect for cheekbones - also its amazingly pigmented! It also works when wet, so you can get even more pigment out of it!

Ted Baker - Pearly pink liquid highlight

This product is a bit different from the others (gotta get a good variety in there of course) as it's a liquid highlight, rather than a powder (like the benefit high beam)
Its a really pretty light pink colour, which when you blend it out gives a really natural looking dewy finish, but it looooks so nice topped with another highlight as well as just leaving it on it's own! You could also mix it with foundation or concealer or use it underneath to get even more glow!

Above you can see how it looks when it's first put on and underneath that you can kinda see it when its blended out (lighting was not my friend) I find that these kinds of products blend out best when a sponge is used, as it doesn't absorb too much of the product. this has to be my new recent fave because its so easy to use and gives a different look to the others!

Benefit - watt's up

Finally we have benefit's watt's up! This is again a bit different as it's a cream to powder finish, so you put it on, blend it and it sets like a powder! It's a lot like MAc soft and gentle, except it's a little bit more sheer and lighter!
I love this because it's easy to use and look at that packaging! It's so cute!
It's also quite pigmented but i like to put a couple strokes on to get the intensity which i like - which is human disco ball!

I hope you enjoyed this post, thanks for reading! What's your favourite highlight?

Thanks again
Fern :)

p.s who like my new design?! I have a new header as well as a pastel background, which i think is sooo cute and just reflects who I am! let me know what your think!

OCTOBER FAVES

Hello all,

SO October is over! It's now officially christmas in my head. I've already worn my christmas leggings from primark and watched the grich for the first time ever! No joke i laughed waaaay more than i should have! Don't judge me, christmas is my favourite time of the year!
Anyway I'm sorry this post is so late, lighting is not my friend this time of year and I've been busy revising and binge watching Once Upon A Time so I apologise very much for that!
But finally, here are my october faves!

Christmas edition baby lips
OMG look at this packaging! It's so cute and look at those ear-muffs and lil gloves! I decided to buy this as i realised I didn't have the original pink, and i tried my sisters and loved it! So i went and bought it for myself - the adorable packaging was an added bonus!
The pink is really sheer and adds a pretty subtle colour as well as moisturising your lips! OOOO this is why I love baby-lips they're just amazing! I also really want to buy the deep red christmas edition, as it's not available normally!
They're super cheap as well, only about £3 so deffo affordable!

Becca Fitzpatrick - Silence and Finale
These are the 3rd and 4th book in the 'hush hush' series which i spoke about in my last favourites post! OMG I CANT EVEN ASDFGHJKL! This series had such an amazing twist in each book and my emotions were going crazy and i cannot even! I seriously cannot say enough good things about this series, you need NEED NEEEEED to read these books!

Joss Stirling - Angel Dares
A while back I raved about a book called 'misty falls' which is part of another amazing series! This book was amazing and had so many good characters which you fall in love with and an amazing plot! Also lets talk about how pretty the cover is - like it's so nice!

Rimmel Brow this way - light brown
I LOVE THIS STUFF! since i bought my Anastasia Beverly Hills brow pomade, my eyebrows have been lighter than they used to be, so i needed to get a lighter brow set to keep them in place. This one is super dooper as it holds them all day and adds a really nice tint to them! It's also really cheap for only around £3, which is amazing for how amazing the quality is!

Bose Over-ear - mint green headphones
OMG YES! i absolutely adore these headphones! as they were quite expensive, i did so much research on them before and all I've heard is amazing things.
For starters the colour omg it's beautiful (and my favourite ever) also, they have such amazing sound quality ( which i searched researched a lot and turns out they're even better quality than beats!)
So , if you're looking for some high quality headphones and you're willing to pay that bit extra for, then deffo go for these!

Apple MacBook pro
eeeeeeek! look at how beautiful it is! i did mention this in my previous post, and about how i got it! Someone my parents know was selling it, as it's second hand and 3 years old, but it looks amazing and i am currently using it now! I still have a few bits to sort out on it, but i'm loving it at the moment and i love the way the keyboard lights up so i can sit in the dark and type and how the key pad is all clicky and yeah it's so satisfying to use!

MAC pro-longwear paintpot -Rubensque
Look at this beauty! I recently got this for me birthday as i've been wanting it for so long and I'm so grateful that i finally have it! It's this gorgeous rose-gold colour, which makes a beautiful base for pink eyeshadow or I've heard it fits perfectly with the MAC pigment 'melon' so i need to be getting my hands on that!
It also works for making eyeshadows last so much longer and avoids creasing! I think they're only about £18 as well so really good for what they are.

Rimmel lipstick - (I FORGOT THE NAME)
I think the name of this is something cheeky like 'naked nude' i know it deffo has the word nude in tho, and it's the lightest shade! it's one of the new line that rimmel have come out with and it's super pigmented, super creamy and lasts soooooo long! Also i think there's 12 colours in the line so theres such a wide variety of shades for all skin tones! i need to get my hands on some more of these as they're only £6.99 and i have been wearing this none stop this month!

Makeup Revolution - ultra contour pallet
THIS PALLET! i love this soooo much and it was only £8! it's alot like the ABH contour pallet except theres 2 extra highlight shades. All the shades in the pallet are so pigmented and amazing! I've used this nearly everyday on my face and eyes since i got it! I will be doing a full post dedicated to comparing the two so make sure to watch out for that! And make sure you get your hands on it so you can witness it first hand!

Benefit - Watts up! highlighter
EEEEEE just look at it! I received this for my birthday and i'm obsessed! It gives a beautifully natural golden glow and matches perfectly with the MAC 'soft and gentle' highlighter, a match made in heaven! It's a bit more pricey than most but it's sooo worth it!

Victoria's secret - Bombshell perfume
The actual smell of the angels! (get it, vs, angels lol I'm so funny) but seriously it smells amazing! I could bathe in this stuff everyday and never get tired of it! And just look at the packaging! It's so adorable! also it makes you feel super self-confident because you smell so damn good! as it says on the box 'sexy today, sexy tomorrow, sexy forever' (my life in one sentence!)

Thankyou so much for reading! I hope you enjoyed! let me know what you've been loving this month! keep a watch out for new posts coming this week hopefully!

thanks again
Fern :)

CHATTY TIME & QUICK UPDATE

Hello all,

So my last post was a september faves, and i haven't been able to post since because I've been SO busy! (busy being a new obsession) so I thought that I'd do a quick update post! Also it's finally half term! I was sooo ready for a break from school, even though i still have loads of homework, i finally have time to do some shopping!!

Over the last couple weeks has been my birthday! Which was very exciting as I got sooo much nice stuff and I'm very lucky to have such amazing friends and family to buy me them! I was planning on doing a 'birthday haul' because I know I'm always nosy and want to see what other people got, but i literally have had no time to take pictures and the lighting as been rubbish! But i guess that just comes with the time of year! So instead i decided to do some reviews on the makeup products i got! So that should been up within the next few weeks as well as a october faves!

Another very exciting thing that's happened literally in the last hour is that i have a new laptop! It's a Macbook pro and it's an old one that i bought of some of my parents work friends for a really good price! I love it and the keyboard is so nice to type on and makes a cool clicky noise, it's the little things haha.

i was going to wait till my faves, but my excitement is at it's extreme! I have found 2 of the best series of life. One is 'the walking dead' and the other is 'Once upon a time' OMG! They're amazing. I know i know I'm like 3 years behind on them but better late than never. Both are on Netflix i think, but if you're like me and have to struggle through life without it then there are other ways.
I watch the walking dead on sky box sets but it's going off in a few weeks so i doubt I'll get it finished, which is so sad! But i will find some way of watching it if it kills me! I'm so obsessed it's unhelthy!
On the other hand, I have once upon a time on DVD, so i can watch it whenever i fancy! It's about story book characters being cursed to stay in our world, with no memory about their past life. it sounds very cheesy, which it is but omg it's captivating and i'm obsessed. I'm only on series one but it's amazing! You should deffo watch them if you have Netflix!

so, to end this quick post i leave you with this phrase, which I'm loving and feeling inspired by.
People think the glass is always half full, or half empty, when in fact it's neither. We need to remember that the glass is always re-fillable. If you're half empty or half full, you can always re-fill. Have faith and hope, things always get better.

Thankyou so much for reading! let me know what posts you want to see!

thanks again

SEPTEMBER FAVES

Hello all!

So the month of September is OVER! It's officially October (my personally favourite month) and also autumn! Like most other people Autumn is my favourite season! And I've officially already had my first PSL (pumpkin spice latte) of 2015 and might I say it was AMAZING! Call me a typical white girl but they're freaking amazing!
I also love autumn because I can finally wear jumper again, and boots and scarfs and cosy coats its amazing! Also it's my birthday tomorrow so I'm super hyped up about that!

Anyway, today I'm doing my September faves for you all! (sorry it's a bit late but school and stuff y'know?) I have quite a few beauty products and some clothes and a couple other random bits and bobs! SO lets get started!

Johnsons baby shampoo
Recently I've been trying to find something better to wash my brushes with, because I used to use normal soap or shampoo, but none of it really got all the product off fully, So I researched it and read some reviews and lots of people recommend this! I have to say its amazing and it has an odd smell, but I actually really like it! It was dead cheap as well, something like £1.50 for a 500ml bottle and it lasts yonks which is good as I like to wash my brushes every 1 or 2 weeks. So deffo been loving this!

TANGLE TEEZER
OHMIGOD if you have bushy, knotted and tangly hair you need this! My parents recently bought this for me and I'm in love! It's honestly the only hair brush I've ever had that fully brushes my hair in under 10 minutes! My hair is an actual lion's mane so this is amazing for me!
It also is super small and light so you can take it anywhere easily and it's specially ergonomically designed to fit perfectly in your hand! And it never fails to surprise me how those tiny plastic bristles can get through the mop on my head!

Hush Hush - Becca Fitzpatrick
THIS BOOK! I normally take about a week or so to read a book or maybe 2-4 days if it's really good but I read this book in ONE DAY! I don't wanna ruin it as it's so good, but it's about angels, kina twilight like but not as moody and you just fall in love with the characters! I honestly cannot explain how much I loved it! I'm currently waiting for my local library to get the next one for me (ikr super geek fern)

Bronze Glow Bronzer
I ran out of my last one of these so I re-purchased it! It's dead cheap as well so it's great! It adds the most gorgeous bronzed glow to your cheeks and makes you look naturally tanned! I think its a great bronzer for fair skin (like my own) and  more tanned skin, and would be a gorgeous highlight maybe for darker skin tones!

Milani Baked blush - Rose D'amore
( I think that's the name) THIS BLUSH! THIS BLUSH! Omg its amazing! I now understand why there's such a hype over these blushes because they are amazing! I bought mine whilst on holiday in America and I wish I'd bought more! It's crazy pigmented and gives a gorgeous pink shimmer to your cheeks!

Sephora Formula X nail varnish
Whilst on holiday, in Sephora I picked up one of these nail varnishes and this month I've been using it like CRAZY! They're so pigmented and you could just leave it with one coat rather than multiple!
Also the packaging is so nice and cute and I love it!

Anastasia Brow pomade - Blonde
HOLY MOLY! I know own the brow product of the gods (and not to mention queen Jaclyn) the brush is so thin and means you can easily guide it round you brows, as well the product is so smooth and pigmented and looks so natural! However I would be weary when buying this as I was going to get the shade 'taupe' but the man in Sephora tested it on me and I'm shade 'blonde' so make sure you are really sure what shade you are before you buy it!

MAC fix+
So I've been wanting this for ages as queen Jaclyn loves it as well as so many others, now I am one of those people! I use it for spraying brushes to make shadows more pigmented as well as make concealers blend out more easily! It's also great for setting makeup afterwards and it smells soooo good!

Adidas Trainers
I can't remember for the life of me what the name of these shoes is - but just look at them! They're gorgeous! I was looking for some new trainers with mint green accents and holy cheese these are my perfect trainers!
As we've been back to school this month and I take GCSE PE and several after school sports, I've been getting a lot of use out of them and they're amazing! They are made specially so your foot is comforted and held properly and allows you to move really freely and they don't get too sweaty at all!

Marshmallow Mateys
This is an odd one but this cereal is amazing! It's basically a fake version of lucky charms and tbh they taste exactly the same! They're something like £1.99 from B&M bargains and they taste amazing! I'd have a bole everyday for breakfast and I was super happy all day! (jokes but I was happy when eating them!)

Painted West hoodie
Finally, one that's a bit different! I know I've spoken about painted West before, as they're a very talented band and one of my favourite, and last month they came out with these amazing hoodies for a limited time and I was lucky enough to get my hands on one! It's super comfy and I love how simple the design on it is!

So that's it for todays post! Thankyou so much for reading! Let me know what your fave cereal of September was on my social media!

Thanks again
Fern :)

HOLIDAY OUTFITS

HELLO ALL,

I have been so excited to write this post that I've been a rebel and I'm posting out of order! (from the list I have)
So if you read my last post you'd know that in the summer holidays I went to America for 2 weeks, specifically New York for 3 days, Orlando for 7 and Clearwater beach for 2 then on the final day we travelled home. I thought it would be fun to show what I wore each day, because my outfits got me really excited and if you go away in the future then some of there bits of clothing you NEED to get! They're so good for the heat! (and believe me it's so hot)
Just to disclaim everything I'm not showing off and nothing I wore is designer (if primarny is designer excuse me), I seriously don't have enough money to buy fancy stuff, however much I wish I did!
That guy is so jel of my amazing tan....

DAY 1 - TRAVELLING TO NYC AND ROCKAFELLA

So to travel in I wore some floaty trousers from H&M which were about £8 and this black peplum top that was about £6 from New Look. FLOATY TROUSERS (FT'S in my family) ARE AMAZING! I seriously recommend wearing them if your travelling because they give you breathing room but also keep you warm on the flight ( as it gets quite chilly) and so many other people wear them!
After a 3 hour delay and an 8 hour flight (with NO TV's....so boring) I thought I was going to melt in the taxi! So once at the hotel I left the top on and put some high waisted denim shorts on that are from H&M for £12.99
And finally I was wearing some flat pumps from TKMAX and my bag is just a cheap one from primark that's big enough to fit my camera in but not huge!

Excuse my weird pose and knees...I am not photogenic
Day 2 - BOAT RIDE AND TIMES SQUARE AND BROADWAY

So I clearly woke up that morning with a desire to ruin my feet. Legit if you go to New York DO NOT wear sandals! Wear trainers or comfy shoes for walking in because my feet were wet, and ruined! However I do love these sandals, they're from primark for about £6 maybe? but they're normally really nice to wear but it's just because we did so much walking.
I decided to wear this dress from primark that's £5 (but now they're on sale for £3 because it's out of season) as it's floaty and kept me cool as well as looking really pretty!
Also when it's wet (it rained a lot that day) it doesn't go see-through due to the pattern on the top half and it's thin, so perfect for the hot weather!

cheeky mother in the background
Day 3 - EMPIRE STATE AND 9/11

Why do my knees always look so scrumpled up? WHY?! Seriously first world problems
Anyway, this day I felt like wearing a pretty skirt because it's so good at keeping you cool! This skirt has a really pretty and unique deign on and the blue and white go so well together! It was about £10 in the Next sale last year!
For a top I wore this scoop neck one from misguided (£5) which is made of a really weird fabric or material, I cant quite explain it but it's really nice to wear. This top is also great because you can wear it with just about anything!

Day 5 - SHOPPING IN ORLANDO

(day 4 we travelled again and because I'm a mong I wore the same as before)

I LOVE THIS OUTFIT! So on our first day in Orlando it was a bit damp and rainy so we decided to go shopping! (ooooo shopping is the best...my dad would disagree)
The reason I love this outfit is because I've had these shorts for over a year now and I've only worn them TWICE! They need some more loving! They're really cool because they're not denim they're like trouser material with a really cool black&white checkered design. They're from H&M and were £12.99 and they're highwaisted!
On the top I wore this floaty black vest top from Topshop's range last year (they do vest tops every year) and it was about £6!
For shoes I wore my flat pumps again from TKMAX, they're so cool because they have fur on and they're so soft and amazing.

curly hair don't care
Day 6 - DOWNTOWN DISNEY

These dungershorts give me lyfeeee! They were from primark last year for about £12 and they're so comfy and the pockets are huge so you can easily fit your phone or purse or whatever in them! I just went for the bag as my camera is so big! I paired the dungershorts with this bardoe (I think that's what its called?) style top that were really in last year and I still LOVE them! I think the strips add a bit of jazz to the simple look! Mine was from H&M for £4 I think!

ooooooo look at that straaaaaaw
omg why am I so pale
 Day 7 - UNIVERSAL

PLAYSUIT LOVE! Seriously if you want something that can be casual or fancy that's also comfy, playsuits are the way to go! ( I put two pics so you can see the front and the back) This one is from primark (£5) and it's a burnt orange kind of colour with bluey green patterns over it, I think it's really pretty!
I also paired it with some black converse that I got from an outlet shop whilst there (on deal for £50 but got them for £35 hehehehe) and they're honestly the best shoes ever! They will look good with anything and are soooooo comfy!

Day 8 - MORE SHOPPING

On this day it was sooooo hot and we were going to a GIANT book store and TARGET and then another outlet store where I spent so much money! (by half way through the book store my hair was in a ponytail because damn it's hot!) This dress is actually the orange version of the blue one I had on in New York. It's quite bright but was actually really nice looking - it looks better on that on the hanger. Again, it's so comfy and keeps you cool through out the day when it's hot

MINION!

Day 9 - UNIVERSAL DAY 2

MORE FLOATY CLOTHES! These shorts are my life! I bought these from Forever 21 at the outlet store and they were $12.99 and that's less than a tenner in pounds! They're so soft and go with lots of different types of tops! I just wore a plain white vest top that's also from forever 21.
For shoes I was wearing my new Addidas trainers with mint green accents (from the outlet store for around $35)
I LOVE this outfit because it's so easy to stay cool and looks so pretty!

Day 10 - TRAVELLING

So for travelling we drove from Orlando to Clearwater (about 2 hours) and I actually worse another playsuit from New look about 5 years ago! But it's orange again and is a bit more floaty.

ikr I'm so tanned + thunder thighs!
CUTE DOLPHIN
Day 11 - BEACH DAY

So it's safe to say by the end of this day I was bright red and it was so painful! Even after so much suncream I was still burnt!
So my bikini is a fake triangl but it looks identical! So I got this from the website 'AliExpress' and it was only about $18! Instead of $70 which real ones are! And the sizing on the website is so much better than Triangl's! It's really comfy to wear however it does flat about a little bit and if you're swimming it will fall off! So I think I should have got a smaller size!

So when I was walking around or for tea I just put on this stripy scoop neck top from New Look sale that was £4 and the shorts are Hollister and I honestly have no idea how much they were as they were a present!

Day 12 - BEACH SHOPPING AND SUNSET

On this day I was burnt, and sore and red all over, so I needed to wear something loose and cooling. So I wore this peach skater skirt from New Look 2 years ago (£6) and this top also from new look that has chunky straps that was about £11 I think! This outfit was really comfy and I think it looked quite pretty as well!
I wore flip flops as well because they were comfiest and kept my burnt feet from hurting! They're from AeroPostal 4 years ago and sorry I cannot remember the price!
My sunglasses that appear often, are from cole hann and were £13.99 instead of £80 at TKMAX!

in the evening we went out for dinner and to watch the sunset on the beach, which was amazing! So I decided to wear this playsuit which is from ARK (£15) And it's weird because it has a silky inside lining and a netty outside thing on it (im sorry its hard to describe) and it's really pretty and super easy to wear formally or casually!
Again paired with the same flip flops and a French plait!

SO that's all my outfits from holiday! To travel home in I simply wore a tshirt and leggings with a big hoodie!

Thank you for reading, I hope you enjoyed and possibly get some inspiration for outfits you could wear!
